And if we're talking about people who fit Grell's victim profile, I know miss Primrose used to, ah, work in a pleasure district. And she's aligned with Wrath.

I said I won't stop you from doing it. I don't partake in drugs, even of the fairly harmless degree. I don't even smoke anymore. [ Do I have proof that he used to smoke at any point? It's inconclusive but I feel like with his life he'd definitely be an ex-smoker so it's fine. ]
